Key Responsibilities
To participate actively in developing proposal strategy, authoring proposals, company research and proposal production.
Assists in developing strategic / tactical proposals and marketing campaigns with the Digital Team and Client Service Professionals to win new businesses.
To conduct research and write standard or customised proposals, working closely with the team and senior management to develop responses that convey a unique proposal strategy for the client.
Respond to tenders and RFPs and coordinate with the various division proposal contributors to ensure deadlines are met.
Sourcing new leads through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
Understanding customers needs and requirements.
Research accounts, identify key players and generate interest.
Perform effective online demos of PwC Digital solutions to prospects.
Routing qualified leads to sales and product teams for further development and sales closure.
Actively reach out to market to create awareness and push PwC digital offerings, services and solutions.
Work closely with Digital Sales Head on sales pursuit opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-line of services and develop go-to-market strategies.

Preferred skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Prior experience in consulting firms is an added advantage.
Minimum of 3-4 years experience in IT sales.
Experience in selling to private and public sector (especially within FSI).
Passionate about selling Emerging Technologies solutions to market (e.g. AI, RPA, ML, etc).
Strong drive to excel professionally and to guide and motivate others.
Advanced written and verbal communication skills.
Well-organised with high attention to details and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously.
Dedicated, innovative, resourceful, team player, analytical and able to work under pressure.
Diligent in sales tracking, sales operations and sales capture in CRM.
