Senior Associate - Change Manager

Inviting applications for the role of Senior Associate - Change Manager

We are seeking a hands-on ITSM Change Manager to join the existing Change Management team They will manage and support the end-to-end change management process This role will ensure that all changes are reviewed, approved, communicated documented and executed in compliance with ITIL best practices, minimizing risk and disruption to business

Responsibilities:
• Excellent communication, co-ordination, problem solving, and critical thinking is required
• Hands-on Change Management experience is required
• ITIL certification is desired, but not required
• Review and document change requests, managing the approval process and ensuring proper risk assessment and mitigation strategies are in place
• Manage change requests for various Biz units, prioritizing them based on impact and urgency, ensuring alignment with business priorities
• Communicate scheduled blackout/freeze periods to ensure proper risk mitigation during high-priority times
• Generate change advisory board (CAB) meeting agenda
• Facilitate CAB meetings, manage follow-up items, and document CAB meeting minutes
• Attend daily change review meetings,
• Attend weekly meetings to review their changes
• Send out daily major change communication
• Review Knowledge articles and update/modify as needed
• Provide change management training as needed
• Generate change Management KPIs/SLAs
• Should be well versed in ITSM reporting

Qualifications we seek in you
Minimum qualifications / Skills
Bachelor's Degree required. Preferably in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
Preferred qualifications / Skills
• Excellent communication skills (As the resource would be regularly working with users and different support teams)
• Ownership /Flexible
