You will focus on supporting a team of Senior Business Analysts for the Enterprise Payments Centre of Excellence priorities, bridging the gap between business and technology by interpreting business requirements into capability needs for technical delivery. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Business Analysis – Discovery & Transformation, you will help to reshape and transform how payment products are built and delivered at American Express. You will collaborate with product delivery owners, architects, and business stakeholders to bring the product vision to life.
