Summary: The Senior Associate Accountant will accurately perform general accounting related duties in the General Business Core Competency functions within the Finance Department.

Responsibilities:

Perform accurate inventory & expense account reconciliations. Responsible for profit elimination preparation and review, including corresponding journal entries. Responsible for FootJoy Self-Bill Process review and reconciliation. Responsible for sourcing office (HK) chargeback preparation and review. Manage Purchase for Resale items within AGS, including cost roll up and review for accuracy and completeness. Responsible for in-transit inventory review, including related journal entries. Responsible for analysis of Company Store and BP3 retail inventory transactions including journal entries. Maintain FootJoy Carstock program. Prepare and Maintain monthly Business Plan reserve journal entries. Assist in other special projects as required (i.e. AGS, Audits, Internal Control Testing).

Requirements:

BS/BA in Accounting required. A minimum of one year of accounting experience required.  Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word programs, and financial accounting systems.  Good written and oral communication skills.  Ideal candidate is proactive, well-organized, team-oriented and willing to take on new challenges.
