The Senior Associate is responsible for the execution of small-scale deliverables under the guidance of a more senior Project Manager. The individual would create/manage project plans and budgets and plan overall QC approach for all assigned projects. He/she should exhibit professional and motivating behavior. Responsibilities Functions and responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Knowledge Agency process: Demonstrates significant knowledge of agency procedures. Adheres to agency process. Client finances: Able to prepare accurate project estimates and statements of work Scope Creep: Identifies and escalates scope creep Vendor Management: Uses negotiating skills to procure vendors PM Technical Skills: Familiar with generally accepted project management terms and best practices Technology: Continuously learning technology and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies Strategy Project Plans: Creates and manages project plans and budgets Quality Control: Plans overall QC approach for all assigned projects Tactics and Execution Scope Definition: Owns scope definition and management for smaller scale engagements Cost Management: Responsible for cost management on all projects Estimates: Independently estimates small engagements Internal Relationships: Responsible for successful collaboration with core team Client Relationship Communication: Effectively communicates basic agency recommendations to internal and external clients. Demonstrates influence and diplomacy in written and verbal communications Writing: Has proficient business writing skills Qualifications 2-3+ years applicable experience as a Project Manager in an agency setting Interactive & Digital experience is strongly preferred Healthcare or Pharma experience is desired Bachelor's degree Marketing, MIS, or Business Administration or related field is preferred PMP certification is preferred, but not required Microsoft Project is a plus Solid understanding of project management methodology including the ability to identify and resolve issues, manage risk and develop detailed work plans and specifications. Experience interfacing with clients on technical delivery projects Must have an understanding of basic finance and budget management. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. Temporary roles may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met. Temporary roles may also qualify for participation in our 401(k) plan after eligibility criteria have been met. For regular roles, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
