Job Description

What You’ll Do:  
The Sr. Associate, Media Planning works cross-functionally with internal teams, vendors, and clients to develop and execute multi-channel media plans. They will help to develop innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectives and provide actionable insights and recommendations.  

The Senior Associate will be working closely with the Supervisors and Associates, who as a team will be responsible for managing plan development, cross-team communication, and in-market optimizations.

Responsibilities:

Help drive day-to-day innovative strategies to meet and exceed client business objectivesProvide research for and write media Point-Of-Views (POVs)Present media plans and provide plan maintenance including objectives/strategies and updatesPrepare flowcharts and budgets for media plansAssist with optimizing, implementing, and analyzing marketing activitiesReport on key metrics for campaign effectiveness and develop key findings for optimizationFacilitate the sharing of data and insights among relevant internal parties to inform future strategiesFoster strong relationships with internal teams and client groupsAssist with other projects or responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in marketing, advertising, business, marketing, or equivalent1-2+ years of experience in media planning experience across media channelsSome experience with local campaigns is preferred, not requiredDigital media planning experience preferredResourceful, curious, and motivated individual with an ability to work independently as well as in a team settingStrong organizational, communication, time management, and problem-solving skillsDetail-oriented with the ability to multi-task and manage priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environmentWillingness and eagerness to learn, adopt new technologies and solutions, and take on new opportunitiesProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with strong understanding of Excel and PowerPointExperience working within media systems/platforms (Kantar, MOAT, Prisma, ComScore a plus)

Additional Information

Compensation Range: $46,500 - $67,500 annually.  This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.  The Company anticipates the application deadline for this job posting will be 07/08/2024.
