Be responsible for the whole team budget and achieve the good business result;
Be in charge of the team building and staff development;
Drive or supervise team members to follow the company policy and practice.
Make the yearly plan & budget for the whole team and leads the team to achieve or exceed the budget;
Leads team members or coordinate project teams to problem solve distinctive solutions for clients;
Responsible for team talent building (identifies and retains current and new talent, mentors and shares intellectual capital);
Provides guidance to team members and actively participates in their development of new skills and knowledge;
Follow the Company PMS schedule & process, carry out and supervise team members to finish their objective setting and performance review on time every year;
Make sure the Company policy, Business requirement, Broker guidelines, Business System implementation are embedded accordingly among team members.
8+ years working experience in insurance industry, at least 3 years in managerial capacity
Bachelor’s degree or above
Professional insurance qualification, Sound knowledge in insurance products
Familiar with major H&B products in the market
Familiar with legislation, procedures and operations of business organizations
Proficient in computer skills
Excellent people management, project management skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, especially with senior executives from different cultural background
Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented and aggressive in achieving business targets
Fluent in English
