At Smith+Nephew we are looking for: Senior Associate, Global Customer Care, Poland

What will you be doing?

Manage incoming customer orders (sales, consignment, loan) and ensure timely processing and deliveryEnter orders into the SAP system and issue sales invoices, including consignment, credit, debit, and service-related invoicesAddress customer queries via phone, email, and written communication, resolving delivery and product issues effectivelyPrepare and analyze reports (e.g., BO reports), perform stock checks, and manage consignment stock settlementsCollaborate with sales representatives, logistics teams, and office staff to facilitate smooth operations and product allocationSupport sales representatives by providing necessary documentation and processing pricing uploads and product complaints

What you will need to be successful?

Strong customer- and company-oriented mindset with excellent communication skillsAbility to quickly learn and understand new products, with basic medical knowledge as a plus.Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, MS Teams) and familiarity with systems like SAP and SalesforceFluent in Polish and good command of English, both verbal and written, for effective communicationTeam player with the ability to collaborate and co-operate effectively
