SENIOR ASSISTANT REGISTRAR, School of Public Health, Admin & Finance

The Senior Assistant Registrar reports to the School of Public Health Registrar and assists with all aspects of academic scheduling within the Registrars Office including course schedule, ad hoc requests and classroom-related support for teaching faculty. Serves as the primary liaison between the School and BUMC Ed Media & Central Scheduling and the University Registrars schedules department. Working with the Registrar, analyzes demand and makes adjustments in offer patterns and semester schedules to maximize efficiency of course offerings. This position oversees support for faculty and staff related to the 25Live room scheduling system. Works in collaboration with the Registrar to monitor registration patterns as they relate to scheduled offerings. Works as team member on large scale events and projects.
