Siemens Mobility Thailand is looking for a Senior Assistant for our Project.

The Overall System Integration Manager plays a crucial role in technology-related railway turnkey projects, leading the different consortium team member, among others, in respect to Integration, Requirements, Interface, Configuration, RAM and Safety, System Assurance, Design, Testing and Commissioning and Security Management.

This is your role. What part will you play?

The key responsibilities will include but not limited to:

Act as a liaison between Project Director and various internal and external stakeholders. Assist the executive and senior managers in handling special projects and ad-hoc assignment when required. Provide general administrative support to the Project Director including monitor all information flows, including maintaining paper and electronic files. Arrange management meeting and summarize key discussion points in minutes of meeting including follow up outstanding tasks to ensure proper execution. Manage and coordinate the Project Director’s time, priorities, travel arrangement and itinerary, ensuring optimal time allocation and coordination. Prepare, edit correspondence, communications, presentations reports, and statistical charts for internal and external audiences. Manage integration of new office technologies and systems as appropriate. Maintain highest level of confidentiality of all sensitive or proprietary information.

Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role. Fluent in written and spoken English and Thai. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint). Ability to handle multiple tasks with prioritization. Excellent adaptability and problem-solving skill.
