The Opportunity:
Join CACI as a Senior Asset Manager for the provision of IT services under the SCITLS contract supporting USSTRATCOM. You'll be a key member of our innovative IT Service Management Office (ITSMO), driving comprehensive asset lifecycle management and optimization efforts across the organization. In this role, you'll establish and maintain asset tracking systems in the IT Service Management System, oversee compliance with DoD regulations, and coordinate with various teams to manage ADPE assets effectively. You'll be responsible for in-depth inventory control analysis, process improvement, and driving the full lifecycle of IT assets from procurement to retirement. This position offers the opportunity to work autonomously, developing methodologies and presenting solutions to complex asset management challenges. Your strategic thinking and analytical skills will be crucial in balancing day-to-day asset management with long-term process improvements.
This position supports U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska, and is contingent upon award of the USSTRATCOM SCITLS contract.
Responsibilities:
Asset Manager, Senior:
Provides asset services and inventory control analysis IAW DoD and service regulations/guidelines and documentation requirements
Documents and coordinates shipping and receiving of Automated Data Processing Equipment (ADPE) assets, accountability of inventory, short-term storage facilities of C4IT-related assets, and distribution of hardware
Receives, manages, and documents ADPE hardware and software in an ITSM-approved database, IAW Personal Property Management (PPM) requirements
Develops and maintains approved processes for managing and tracking the full IT asset, license, and maintenance lifecycle from procurement to retirement
Develops, maintains, and updates approved policies and procedures for effective asset lifecycle management (i.e., acquisition, deployment, utilization, de-installation, reallocation, sanitation, and disposal) of IT assets
Coordinates asset management with procurement specialist in Business Operations
Identifies and reports on risks and opportunities for improvement
Functions as a technical expert across multiple project assignments
May supervise others
Produces and/or is responsible for deliverable(s) (DEL 11, 12)
Qualifications:
Required:
Current Top Secret security clearance with SCI eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in science (BS) or a bachelor’s degree in arts (BA)
A minimum of 8 years of experience in Asset Management
A bachelor's degree or higher from an ABET* (Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology) accredited program in cybersecurity, computer science, or a related field OR
A bachelor's degree or higher from an institution designated as a Center of Academic Excellence (CAE)* in Cyber Defense Education by the National Security Agency (NSA) and the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) OR
Possess and maintain the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) CCYB 002A Cybersecurity for Program Managers Credential. This credential is obtained by completing an 8-hour course and requires recertification every three years. If not already held, the successful candidate must obtain this credential within 6 months of hiring, completed outside of regular work hours. The employee will be responsible for maintaining this credential throughout their employment by completing the required recertification every three years. AND
Have completed the Defense Acquisition University (DAU) CLE 074 Cybersecurity Throughout DoD Acquisition course. This is a 4-hour course. If not already completed, the successful candidate must finish this course within 6 months of hiring, completed outside of regular work hours.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
