**Your Opportunity:**
Chewy is looking for a **Sr. Art Director** to join our brand/creative team and work side-by-side with hard-working pet lovers. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving creative direction, developing multi-channel campaigns, and ensuring consistent storytelling across all assets. This role requires strong conceptual thinking, leadership, and the ability to implement high-quality visual work while maintaining brand consistency and evolving creative strategies.
**What You’ll Do:**
+ Develop and run multi-channel creative campaigns in partnership with cross-functional teams, ensuring strategic alignment with marketing goals.
+ Lead and drive the conceptual design vision and coordinate the development and implementation of compelling, brand-forward creative assets, spanning from digital static/print designs to dynamic motion and video content.
+ Ensure brand consistency across all channels while evolving visual storytelling to meet growing business needs.
+ Provide creative direction for photography and video shoots, ensuring visually engaging content that aligns with Chewy’s brand identity.
+ Partner with collaborators, including Creative Directors, marketing teams, and leadership, to develop innovative creative strategies.
+ Guide a team of designers and collaborate with writers, content strategists, and production teams to implement high-quality work efficiently.
+ Analyze performance data and campaign insights to optimize creative strategies and influence future design decisions.
**What You’ll Need:**
+ 5+ years of experience crafting for an agency or brand, with a strong portfolio showcasing multi-channel creative campaigns.
+ Expertise in art direction, branding, visual storytelling, and digital content creation across various platforms.
+ Strong typography, layout, and design skills, with a deep understanding of brand identity and marketing strategy.
+ Ability to problem-solve creatively, troubleshoot design challenges, and provide strategic solutions.
+ Experience leading photo and video production, with an eye for composition, lighting, and storytelling.
+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other industry-standard design tools.
+ Excellent time management and organization skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
+ Strong communication and leadership skills to mentor designers and collaborate across departments.
+ Ability to internalize Chewy’s brand voice and creative guidelines while strategically pushing the creative envelope.
