Exercise exceptional entrepreneurial and commercial thinking to effectively drive sales and overall store performance for the area
Identify new business opportunities and support development of new revamped and relocated stores in division
Develop a high performance team and culture focusing on ownership accountability and performance
Deliver targeted turnover and profit growth
Develop and manage annual operational budget and projections
Requirements
A minimum 5 years working experience at an Area Management/ Operations Management level
A relevant tertiary qualification is advantageous
Proven track record and ability to drive and successfully execute retail operations strategies
Ability to inspire motivate & develop a high performing team
Excellent planning time management & organisation skills
Experience in coaching training & mentoring store teams
Strong focus on sales & profitability
Excellent communication skills both verbally & written
Ability to define clear goals & objectives to achieve successful outcomes
Strong PC skills including Microsoft Office & Outlook
Motor vehicle & current drivers license required
Must come with strong Financial Management and Budgeting experience
The successful candidate will be required to travel frequently and be able to be away from home on a regular basis
