This position leads a team to execute the day to day game operations within the Games department at Hersheypark while achieving financial goals and ensuring operating standards are met.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):
Manage a team of full time and part time employees to successfully execute the day to day game operations within Hersheypark by interviewing, hiring, training, coaching and holding team members accountable to ensure standards support our values and mission.*
Work collaboratively with others to assort, plan, and execute placement and replenishment of product at Game locations throughout Hersheypark.*
Evaluate profitability of stands, analyze sales figures, propose, and execute action plans*
Actively participate as a member of the management team by serving as MOD, sitting on committees, assisting with employee events.*
Actively monitor area(s) of responsibility each day by visiting and checking in at games stations. Collect information from the field and act as liaison to department director in order to proactively identify issues.*
Monitor safety issues and find solutions in order to minimize risk and keep guests and employees safe.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 4 years of related experience.
Industry Experience - Amusement Park
Minimum of 2 years supervisory experience.
18 years of age or older.
Must have a valid Drivers' License
Associate’s degree
Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 2 years
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.
