Job Responsibilities:

Design targeted state of the art production homebuilder productManaging projects through the processProgram (product line) analysisCompetition analysisBalancing design vs. cost per footDesigning to a targeted price per foot
Qualifications10-15 years designing original residential elevations and floor plans. Some experience working with residential production design is preferred. Bachelor's degree in Architecture or closely related fieldHighly proficient in designing floor plans and elevations utilizing either freehand design or AutoCAD (or similar software program)Working knowledge of residential plans and construction drawingsLicensed Architect or someone who has completed the IDP program and is preparing to sit for the exam is a plusAn ideal candidate will possess the following essential soft skills: team player, excellent time and project management, problem solving, sense of urgency, creative, detail oriented, and a great deal of flexibility
