Job Title: Sr DesignerJob Description We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sr Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing projects from start to finish with minimal supervision, providing mentorship to other designers, and ensuring that projects are completed to the highest standards. This role requires strong communication skills, proficiency in Revit, and a deep understanding of building codes and zoning regulations. Responsibilities + Manage own projects from start to finish with minimal supervision + Provide input and mentor other designers + Take projects from Design to Construction Documents + Take projects through entitlements + Interact with clients to ensure the team is aligned and goals are achieved + Experience in jurisdictional communications, city meetings, board, and council meetings + Be knowledgeable when it comes to building codes and zoning regulations + Conduct site visits and feasibility research Essential Skills + 10+ years of Architectural experience + 5+ years in a similar role, owning projects from start to finish + Highly proficient in Revit + Bachelor's Degree in a related field + Project experience in hospitality, self-storage, multifamily, or commercial + Experience dealing with clients + Good language skills + Experience performing site visits + Experience with local authorities Work Environment This position requires working in the office from Monday to Friday. You will have the opportunity to work with a consistent backlog of projects from well-known clients, providing room for growth and professional development. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $100000.00/yr. Medical benefits along with 401k program.
