 Key Responsibilities

Deliver Multi-Residential projects following initial concept to construction Build strong rapport with clients, consultants and team members Collaborate with design team  Ensure delivery of high-quality details Coordination with Client, Consultants, and Suppliers, integrating feedback in design  Produce detailed documentation and manage delivery in BIM  Provide regular updates to project stakeholders and identify any risks with client, planning and design or changes in scope/ variations 

 Skills & Experience

Relevant architectural qualifications and working rights  Proven local experience working on relevant projects Advanced ArchiCAD knowledge Strong understanding of the ADG and local codes Excellent communication skills Developed skills in construction documentation and detailing
