Our team designs, develops and maintains massively scaling technology solutions brought to life with innovative architectures, data analytics, and digital solutions. **Key Responsibilities:** + Recognized expert in the enterprise architecture discipline + Define roadmaps to bridge the gap from the current to future state for business, information, and technology capabilities + Provide industry-leading thought leadership and facilitate the development of strategies across multiple disciplines/domains + Facilitate the development of architecture patterns and standards + Consult on the design of complex enterprise initiatives and provide guidance to project teams + Manage enterprise architecture models and repositories + Communicate and market the enterprise architecture strategy and ensure the successful delivery of each solution + Architecting and delivering highly-scalable and flexible, cost-effective enterprise solutions + Strong AWS experience across various services – Compute, Databases, and Streaming Services + Work closely with the principal architects to deliver the needed architectures + Anticipate future technology requirements and communicate those to the leadership and multi-functional teams + Understand the current state of the organization-wide architecture + Identify key business drivers and technology capabilities required to achieve optimal state + Coordinate with collaborator teams and own the conversation to define use cases, goals, objectives, and architecture to support the business needs + Build relationships with senior leadership + Engage and evangelize recommendations to senior leadership teams + Design and oversee the implementation of enterprise-level solutions using .NET technologies. + Develop and maintain a cloud strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives and emerging technologies + Stay updated on AWS advancements, tools, and best practices, recommending innovative solutions to enhance capabilities + Provide guidance and mentorship to engineering teams, ensuring best practices for cloud development, deployment, and operations. + Create and maintain architectural documentation, including diagrams, standards, and decision logs. + Continuously evaluate and optimize cloud infrastructure for performance, cost, and security + Partner with stakeholders, including business leaders, DevOps, and security teams, to design solutions that meet business needs. **Qualifications** **What’s needed to succeed (Minimum Qualifications):** + Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business + Minimum of 4-8+ years of experience in software development with extensive knowledge of .NET technologies. + Proficiency in .NET Framework, .NET Core, C#, and ASP.NET. + Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, Web Services, and microservices architecture. + Strong understanding of database technologies such as SQL Server and ORM tools + Experience in leading technical staff or coordinating work across multiple technology teams + Proven track record of delivering enterprise-level cloud solutions + Experience in designing applications using AWS cloud architecture & services which supports highly resilient multi-region systems + AWS cloud services include ECS, EKS, RDS/Aurora, DynamoDB, Lambda, MSK/Solace, S3, or similar cloud services if coming from other cloud experiences + Experience in common architecture frameworks such as Microservices, REST APIs management including Authentication & authorization + Event-driven architectures to support high throughput, lower latency systems, i.e., Kafka/MSK, Solace Streaming or any others + Review architectural designs with various stakeholders + Architecture experience using various tools like Visio, Draw.io, Lucid and others to provide cloud architecture designs including resiliency structures + Business Acumen – The ability to make insightful, successful business decisions and tradeoffs assessing the internal and external business landscape, strategies, opportunities, strengths and weaknesses + Involves knowledge of the industry – and awareness of the key trends shaping the future of the corporation + Creativity & Innovation – The ability to define new, original ideas and successfully implement them across an organization + Involves an ability to think “outside-in”, assess conventional work products and processes, define new concepts, and manage change across the organization in implementing them + Persuasion – The ability to engage and enroll Qualifications):** + Master's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business + 5+ years of experience in a senior or architectural role designing enterprise solutions. + AWS Certified Solutions Architect – Professional (preferred). + Expertise in design and implementation of complex IT solutions + Technical knowledge in area of expertise + Awareness of industry best practices and research The base pay range for this role is $109,820.00 to $149,600.00. The base salary range/hourly rate listed is dependent on job-related, non-discriminatory factors such as experience, education, and skills. This position is also eligible for bonus and/or long-term incentive compensation awards.
