We are seeking to hire a Senior Architect to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be involve the creation of architectural designs, drafting, detailing, and coordination of construction documentation for various high-tech, industrial, and/or semiconductor facilities. You will collaborate with fellow Architects, Engineers, design teams, and Senior Project Managers to develop innovative solutions for intricate and challenging designs, incorporating the latest design methodologies while ensuring adherence to specifications and timely project completion.

Responsibilities Lead the development of architectural designs and detailed construction drawings for various high-tech, industrial, and/or semiconductor facilities.Perform design studies and evaluations, estimates quantity take-offs, and assists in preparation of cost estimates.Ability to manage projects from inception through the final stages of construction. This includes managing client relationships, developing and presenting design proposals, preparing drawings, specifications, construction documents, and managing project teams. Be able to take ownership of your projects, be in the design and construction of a new facilities, an extension, or alterations project, and deliver on the client’s requirements.Apply knowledge and experience with requirements, specifications, space planning, equipment layouts, and utility infrastructure.Strategically collaborate with other Architects, Engineers, Project Managers, and other stakeholders to ensure designs align with functional requirements and safety protocols.Utilize Revit and AutoCAD proficiently to create accurate and precise drawings, models, and documentation.Interpret and implement technical specifications, building codes, and industry standards into design plans and construction documents.Identify and resolve architectural design issues during the planning and construction phases, ensuring efficient and functional designs.Conduct site visits and assessments to gather data, verify design requirements, and ensure compliance during construction phases.Lead design review meetings, providing expert insights and recommendations for efficient design solutions. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from an NAAB accredited institution is required.Strong understanding of industrial facility layouts, cleanroom design, and semiconductor manufacturing processes.Proficient in current digital modeling applications including Revit and AutoCAD is required. Experience with Navisworks and knowledge of other 3D platforms is a plus.Demonstrated experience using Bluebeam, Acrobat or similar PDF markup and collaboration software.Ability to travel to site locations and perform site visits as required by the project.To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential job duty satisfactorily. In addition, the employee may be required to conduct job-related functions in the field, construction site or onsite at a client location.
