SENIOR APPLICATIONS ENGINEER PRIMARY FUNCTIONS

Pre and post sales support for all PFT Automation products and services.Assist Customers with our core industrial productsAssist sales and account managers as necessary to close business. Generate Engineering and Training billings. 

SENIOR APPLICATIONS ENGINEER ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES

Phone and On-Site customer support. Preparation and execution of product training classes including development of course and materials.Attend vendor training classes as offered and/or required.Maintenance, Appearance and Upgrades to Product Demo Rooms and Training Rooms across the entire AAI territoryWeekly Schedule report.Target and Plan for minimum $20K annual Engineering and Training Billings.Minimum 2 customer calls per week, whether technical or sales.Monitor and complete assigned Engineering TasksDevelopment of product demonstrations, Bills of Materials and product research as required by Sales and Account Managers

SENIOR APPLICATIONS ENGINEER NECESSARY QUALIFICAITONS

BS Engineering or equivalent technical degreeKnowledge of some of the PFT Automation Product linesAdvanced computer skills: Windows, VM Ware, NetworkingKnowledge of Siemens programming and HMI software

 

SENIOR APPLICATIONS ENGINEER PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Ability to operate a motor vehicleSome minor lifting of demo equipment, etc.
