This role is available for candidates based in the United States and Canada
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain documentation regarding various incidents, projects, processes and operations
Identify and communicate with key stakeholders
Facilitate effective cooperation between subject matter experts from the business, IT staff and vendors as appropriate.
Designing, developing, and testing systems to meet business requirements
Perform preventative maintenance, including the installation of service packs, patches, hot fixes
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Competencies:
Proven experience (5 years) in an Environmental Services role
Knowledge of the following software applications, OMS, Rootstock, Microsoft Office 365, Microsoft SQL, Microsoft Dynamics GP, Workday, SharePoint, OneDrive, Service Now.
Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients, stakeholders, and vendors.
Occasional travel required.
Sitting for extended periods of time.
