Job Description Insight Global is seeking a Senior Application Scientist specializing in Optical Critical Dimension (OCD) Metrology to join a semiconductor client in Hillsboro Oregon. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in ellipsometry, reflectometry, and thin film metrology, with a strong background in optical modeling and rigorous coupled-wave analysis (RCWA). This role involves developing solutions in collaboration with customers, troubleshooting tools, and supporting our operations from the onsite office. Skills and Requirements 5+ years of experience in OCD metrology, ellipsometry, reflectometry, and thin film metrology (open to candidates with 3-8 years of experience). 3+ years of experience in a semiconductor manufacturing environment. Strong expertise in optical modeling Proven ability to develop and implement intricate OCD models.
