Key Responsibilities Provide technical support to customers via telephone, other electronic means, and at customer locations Assist customers in deploying Siemens EDA’s Calibre manufacturing software to solve design challenges Track and update customer issues using defined Siemens EDA’s processes and tracking tools Develop and deliver technical training on new features and product updates Develop technical content for Siemens EDA’s knowledgebase Communicate customers' technical requirements as well as customer issues to the product and sales Qualifications Minimum 2 years experience in foundries tape-out flow integration/automation is preferred Familiar with Calibre SVRF/OPC/RET rule language is a plus Candidates should have a working familiarity with Unix and Linux OS Proficiency in Unix shell scripting, Tcl, Python, and other scripting languages is a plus Familiarity with Machine learning solutions (algorithm, theory, statistics) is a plus Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify problems and provide solutions Good relationship-building skills and fluent speaking/presentation skills in English
