Unlock your potential! **Job Summary and Qualifications** Seeking a Senior .Net Application developer with good technical skills on developing highly scalable, distributed systems using C#.NET Framework/.NET Core, MVC, API’s, Databases. A successful candidate will demonstrate good understanding of application/data Integration, SDLC, design patterns, software architecture, secure programming principles, and advanced coding practices. Works closely with application stakeholders, leadership and subject matter experts, to design and build products, and information technology assets using this knowledge to ensure that our products support an efficient and secure IT environment that meets the company’s business needs. An eagerness to stay abreast of emerging technologies that can be applied to business challenges. Drives Innovation, continuously learning and deciding if and how to apply new technologies, tools. Efficient, highly-scalable, and highly-available design and technology acumen. Participate in collaborations of future strategies using emerging technology. Industry-standard security best practices and design patterns. Self-driven, flexible, and innovative. Evaluating existing applications and performing updates and modifications. They are the development team’s point of contact that must interface with business partners of varying roles ranging from technical staff to executive leadership. **GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES** Requires good hands-on development experience; interprets internal or external business issues and recommends best practices and drives innovation; solves complex problems taking a broad perspective to identify innovative solutions; works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations; leads teams; + Ability to translate business requirements into technical designs + Participate in technical team discussion and brainstorming efforts. + Create proof of concept (POC) to prove or disprove that a given design will accomplish the stated objectives. + Develop new, support and enhance current .Net apps in Integration area. + Revise, update, refactor and debug code + Helps create technical roadmaps and design documentations. + Write test cases to ensure functional and technical requirements are satisfied. + Participate in infrastructure capacity planning- forecasting and budgeting for planned growth. + Stay up to date on new/emerging technologies, tools, and processes. Teach these innovations to others + Understand design patterns, software modeling, security principles, and TDD or other unit test methodologies. **Research, Analyze, Design and POC** Ability to lead conversations and work with external departments within the Organization, when needed. Develop process designs for integrating new software into existing systems. + Understanding of the Company’s business drivers, regulatory concerns and opportunities + Interpersonal and leadership skills including collaboration, facilitation, and negotiation skills + Knowledge of IT governance and operational support. + Operates with minimal supervision in a complex environment + Excellent organizational and time management skills. **What qualifications you will need:** **EDUCATION** College Graduate Required Undergrad **EXPERIENCE** 5 or more years - Required **OTHER/SPECIAL QUALIFICATIONS** + Hands-on experience on C#.NET Framework/.NET Core, MVC, REST API’s, and Databases is a must. + Hands on experience with system integration (API design/build, data conversion) + Agile programming methodology, Test Driven Development (TDD) + CI/CD via Azure DevOps and GITHUB Actions. + Healthcare experience is a plus. + Angular, React, Bootstrap/foundation CSS framework is a plus + Having hands-on Cloud development experience is a plus. + Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) required HCA Healthcare has been recognized as one of the World's Most Ethical Companies® by the Ethisphere Institute more than ten times.
