As a Senior Application Engineer (ServiceNow SPM/ITBM), you'll be responsible for configuring software functions and activities for web-based, internally hosted applications. You'll serve as a mentor to other application engineers and have a deep knowledge base for your assigned system.

Design, develop, test and implement application changesDeveloping solutions using Flow Designer, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Business Rules Improve and automate processesMaintain the integrity and functionality of applications Customize and develop automation scripts and programs to remove manual system configuration Analyze, evaluate and propose application changes to business sponsors and application end users Understand the details of each managed system and educate end users on best practicesMentor and coach other team members 

About You

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field or equivalent experience4 years of experience in ServiceNow Platform SPM/ITBM- (Demand Management, Project Planning, Strategic Planning)4 years of programming experience, using JavaScript

Preferred Qualifications  

ServiceNow System Administrator CertificationServiceNow Developer CertificationExpert understanding of ServiceNow database structure/conceptsFamiliar with product trends and technology innovations for any assigned or related systemsExperience with Agile/Scrum Software Development MethodologiesKnowledge of Portfolio Management concepts and best practices

Colorado, New York City, Jersey City, California, D.C and Washington Candidates Only. The salary range for this position is seventy-nine thousand five hundred dollars to one hundred sixty-nine thousand five hundred dollars.
