Join us! **Position Summary:** Responsible for building and leading a hybrid/matrix-team to deliver technology products and services that meet business outcomes. Primary responsibility is to focus on technology risk practices (adherence to enterprise standards & procedures, fostering the proper culture and in governance, including tracking & monitoring of risk-tasks) and develop a technology strategy and ensuring technology solutions comply with applicable standards. In collaborating & facilitating with other Tech Execs, this role advocates and advances modern, Agile solution delivery practices and evangelizes great design, engineering, and organizational practices. **Job Description:** Responsible for capturing and supporting delivery of business and/or system requirements (based on specialization) to deliver significant business outcomes. Works with stakeholders to understand needs, capture requirements, perform impact analysis, and works closely with the development team(s) to refine the requirements into actionable specifications. Possesses a deep understanding of the business/technical domain and the main applications within the domain and provide thought leadership based on the significant experience they have built through multiple software implementations. Influences stakeholder strategy and understands the needs to help envision and create a solution to solve a problem. Establishes and builds relationships with business and technology leaders across multiple organizations. Leads cost/benefit analysis to align technology solutions to business strategy. Gathers & catalogs functional, non-functional, and technical requirements for stakeholder requests. Acts as the subject matter expert within the business/technical domain to support scope and requirement decisions. Determines the impact of modifications and enhancements to applications across a business/technical domain; assists with identifying integration points and end-to-end solution design. Ensures changes to the application are compliant with bank standards and policies. For vendor applications, works closely with the vendor to ensure changes meet bank requirements, including assisting with acceptance testing where needed. Assists users and development teams in application testing and troubleshooting and may help with test planning and configuring test solutions to validate functional and system needs. Leads continuous improvement efforts to create, analyze, and improve processes and solutions.
