Senior Analyst ERP Package Applications

Job Description:

Provide production support and lead the issue replication, technical investigation, testing, resolution, and ongoing management of SAP FICO-based solutions, both standard and custom, to meet client requirements and objectivesDemonstrate functional and technical proficiency, business acumen, and thought leadership backed by solid oral and written communicationsIdentify and/or apply continuous improvement, innovation, and automation activities for operational efficiency, delivery excellence, and application modernization/transformationBalance working independently and working collaboratively with other consultants from the same or related modules, external integrated applications, clients, and/or other third-party vendors, with minimal supervisionLeverage functional and technical expertise to meet engagement objectives and contribute to capability building activitiesExecute all deliverables in accordance with company leadership values and in alignment with overall company and organization strategy and directionLead and/or contribute to team, organization, and/or account strategies, initiatives, and/or activitiesComply with key project critical metrics, delivery, milestones and/or service level agreements Comply with all team, organization, and client deliverables, targets, policies and procedures

Knowledge and Skills

Minimum of 2 years of SAP FICO experience or 2 years of SAP ABAP debugging willing to learn and transition as SAP FICO consultantExperience in SAP S/4HANA, SAP Central Finance, SAP SLT Knowledge and experience in SAP ABAP Debugging is a big plusFunctional and technical proficiency in SAP applications-related workMust have at least 1 full lifecycle SAP FICO implementations, solid industry experience, and/or consulting experience or at least 2 years experience in production support for SAP FICO modulesStrong hands-on experience in and knowledge of core SAP FICO modulesMust demonstrate ability to understand clients’ business and objectivesMust have a high-performing, \"can-do\" attitude: adaptability, flexibility, resourcefulness; is results-oriented, a self-starter and a critical thinkerMust be able to work in both an individual and a team environmentMust have strong oral and written communication skills
