Duties and Responsibilities:

 • Support the creation of high-quality content for IMs and Teasers

 • Conduct market research and gather property information for inclusion in marketing materials •      Assist in the design process by preparing charts, graphs, and other visual elements

• Proofread and fact-check content to ensure accuracy and consistency

 • Help maintain templates and databases for efficient IM and Teaser creation

 • Collaborate with brokers and research teams to gather and present property information effectively

• Support the development and maintenance of best practices for IM and Teaser creation

 • Stay updated on industry trends and innovative approaches in real estate marketing materials • Assist in tracking project timelines and ensuring deadlines are met

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of the IM and Teaser production process

As a detail-oriented team player, you'll demonstrate a meticulous approach to researching, analyzing, and presenting information for IMs and Teasers. Your ability to work collaboratively within a team and your attention to detail are highly valued. Are you passionate about creating documents that make properties shine? Data-savvy and visually inclined, can you effectively analyze real estate data and present it visually appealingly? Skill and Experience Qualifications:

 • Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, Digital Arts, or related field

• 1-2 years of experience in real estate, financial analysis, or marketing (internships considered)

 • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint

 • Basic knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is a plus

 • Strong analytical and research skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

 • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy

• Basic understanding of real estate market dynamics and investment criteria

• Good interpersonal skills for collaborating with team members and stakeholders

• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and processes
