What You'll Do

As a Senior Analyst (SA) – BCG Vantage within BCG's Health Care Practice Area (HCPA), you will work in a growing global team, providing Biopharma expertise and insights whilst working together with case and proposal teams to provide analysis, expert advisory and knowledge assets. You’ll serve as a thought partner and content expert to case teams and topic/sector leaders, helping structure and solve complex issues.

 

Additionally, you will support the Biopharma Commercial business in developing existing & new intellectual property and knowledge assets. You will work on commercialization efforts for the topic/sector, in conjunction with business leaders, supporting marketing efforts, conferences and publications. As a Senior Analyst – BCG Vantage, you will assist with on-boarding, training and guiding junior colleagues and share best practices within the team.

 

Your area of focus will be around biopharma marketing and sales topics in the United States, as well as globally. In addition, you will be the driving force to develop, expand and commercialize our proprietary Biopharma Commercial datasets and analytical tools.

What You'll Bring

2+ years of consulting experience in relevant Biopharma Commercial required; candidates with consulting experience preferredIn lieu of consulting experience, 3+ years minimum industry experience required; 4-6+ years of industry experience strongly preferredBachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)Fluency in EnglishOutstanding interpersonal and communication skills to interact with internal and external stakeholder while working in a global collaborative team environment
