Role Description
The Client Facing Outputs Senior Analyst role is an exciting opportunity to join the global Shared Services arena within FNZ. The role is extremely varied and will provide the successful candidate an opportunity to work in a global team which designs, builds and maintains client facing outputs across the FNZ platforms using a market leading software applications Thunderhead and Smart Comms. Client facing outputs can range from standard account maintenance documentation, emails and notifications to complex pension illustrations, statements and contract notes. This role will report into the Client Facing Outputs Team Lead who reports into the Global Head of Shared Services.
Team Responsibility
Working within a global team spanning EMEA, APAC and North America the successful candidate will work across a variety of FNZ projects to design, build and maintain client outputs produced on the FNZ platforms.
Experience Required
Highly effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholdersKnowledge of Thunderhead Admin, Business Content Studio and Business Object Studio and/or knowledge of Smart Comms Advanced Template Designer and Data ModelerA drive to succeed individually, as a team, and as part of the overall success of the businessAmbition to take ownership and follow through to successful completionHigh level of technical knowledge of Thunderhead and/or Smart CommsHigh level knowledge of best practices and solution design across the outputs arenaAbility to provide and drive solutions across all stakeholders including project teams, end client and the wider FNZ audienceA high level of workload management and prioritization skillsThe ability to handle escalated incidents and to provide timely solutions or work arounds in such circumstancesUnderstanding XML data structure and Design and creation of XSD schemasSQL server skillsBasic HTML and Java Script skillsResponsibilities
Working closely with FNZ analyst testers, solution consultants, developers and technical specialists to ensure the best solution design for new and changing client facing outputs Designing and building XSD schemas which create the data structure of the client facing outputsUsing industry standard software tools to design and build client facing outputsUnit test and peer review output build to ensure a high level of quality Analyze and resolve any outputs defects during the test cycleConduct releases of build items and defects Work with colleagues to design efficient workflow processes, best practice and knowledge transferManage and prioritize own workload using workload management systemsPlease note this is a hybrid role role. Only candidates who currently live in Toronto will be considered.
