Role Summary
The Senior Analyst, Trading Analytics position is an exciting opportunity to support the Equity and Fixed Income Global Trading Teams. The primary purpose of the role is to serve as a senior business analyst on the Trading Analytics team. You will be supporting the firm’s financial arrangement with external counterparties as well as producing reports and analysis for senior trading management and other key stakeholders.
Responsibilities
+ Prepare and analyze senior management reporting in support of the Global Trading Committee and its related subcommittees.
+ Manage and monitor financial arrangements (commission schedules) with external counterparties including commission schedules.
+ Collaborate with Global External Research in the management of commission sharing program.
+ Provide support of transaction costs disclosures to external stakeholders.
+ Ensure integrity of internal data sources. Audit data and liaise with technology partners to improve data and processes.
Qualifications
Required:
+ Minimum college degree and 2+ years of relevant work and/or internship experience
+ Ability to analyze a variety of information, to quickly draw relevant conclusions, and to summarize and communicate results effectively
+ Passionate about contributing to the growth of a developing and evolving function of the business
+ Intellectual curiosity and strong analytic and problem-solving skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Attention to detail and accuracy, sound judgment
+ Ability to work both independently and as part of a larger team
+ Interest in continuing education and self-improvement
Preferred:
+ Working knowledge and aptitude with SQL
+ Strong problem-solving, prioritization, and organization skills
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; position requires interaction with all levels of internal staff and external customers
+ Self-motivated and self-reliant. Must work well independently and take initiative with assigned projects
+ Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities

FINRA licenses are not required and will not be supported for this role.
Work Flexibility
This role is eligible for hybrid work, with up to one day per week from home.
Base Salary Ranges

$91,500.00-$156,500.00 for the location of: Maryland, Colorado, Washington and remote workers
$91,500.00-$156,500.00 for the location of: Washington, D.C.
$91,500.00-$156,500.00 for the location of: New York, California
Placement within the range provided above is based on the individual’s relevant experience and skills for the role . Base salary is only one component of our total compensation package . Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus, which is determined upon company and individual performance.
