Senior Analyst, Total Reward Vendor Management and Budget

Could you be our next Senior Analyst, Health and Wellness Programs? This is a hybrid role located in our King of Prussia PA, Holly Springs NC, Summit NJ, Maidenhead or Liverpool UK, or Melbourne Australia office. You will report to the Head of Global Benefits.

You will help with the design, implementation, and evaluation of health and wellness programs across the Americas region, with a focus on promoting employee well-being and ensuring that health strategies align with CSL's organizational goals.

You will help manage relationships with external vendors, with a focus on tracking the Total Rewards budget, and contributing to the optimization and efficiency of compensation, benefits, and performance management programs. You will work with teams and external partners to ensure CSL's Total Rewards programs remain cost-effective, and aligned with organizational goals.

Responsibilities:

1. Help manage daily relationships with external vendors providing Total Rewards services, including compensation, benefits, and performance management. Help ensure vendors meet service-level agreements (SLAs) and performance metrics.

2. Support the Senior Manager in tracking and evaluating vendor performance. Help identify opportunities for improvement, cost savings, and process optimization to ensure vendor services align with CSL's goals.

3. Collaborate with legal and procurement teams to help maintain favorable contract terms and conditions with Total Rewards vendors. Help track main deliverables and ensuring compliance with contractual obligations.

4. Provide support in managing the Total Rewards budget, ensuring accurate tracking of expenditures, and collaborating with the finance team on budgeting and forecasting.

5. Help identify trends and opportunities to increase costs within Total Rewards offerings, without compromising service quality or the of CSL's programs.

6. Help prepare regular reports on the Total Rewards budget, vendor performance, and program effectiveness. Support variance analysis and provide insights to help senior leadership.

7. Contribute to the identification and implementation of process improvements aimed at enhancing the efficiency of Total Rewards programs. Use vendor capabilities to improve processes.

Education and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related field5+ years' experience in accounting.Experience working with benefit plan vendors and managing external relationships.Knowledge of employee benefits, including healthcare and wellness programs.
