Senior Analyst, Third-Party Risk Management - PAC Time Zone
The Senior Analyst, Third-Party Risk Management (3PRM) is responsible for leading the risk re-assessment and due diligence processes for third-party engagements within their assigned category. This is a virtual W2 contract position for a duration of 3-6 months, with standard business hours aligned to the Pacific time zone. **Qualifications:** + At least three years of experience in third-party risk management, supplier management, contract management, or a relevant industry. + Minimum Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. + Experience performing risk re-assessments. + Strong aptitude for learning risk management fundamentals. + Experience in program management across multiple business/functional units. + Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Suites. + Strong communication skills (written and oral). + Detail-oriented, organized, and flexible. + Experience managing multiple simultaneous projects in a fast-paced environment. + Ability to identify client needs and develop innovative solutions. + Excellent prioritization and planning skills. + Availability to work in a highly distributed, multi-location work environment. + Ability to work normal business hours in the Pacific time zone. + **Plus:** Experience with Aravo, Coupa, GRC Tools, Sourcing Technology/Tools. **Nice to have:** + Education: Associate or bachelor's degree + Critical thinking and problem-solving skills. + Ability to manage business-critical third-party onboarding and screening within tight deadlines. + Leadership and management skills, including handling underperforming resources and escalating issues appropriately. **About Talent Solutions** Talent Solutions combines our leading global offerings RPO, TAPFIN-MSP and Right Management to provide end-to-end, data-driven capabilities across the talent lifecycle.
