As a Senior Analyst, Program Management Liaison you will join a team that is not just focused on success but also on creating a lasting, positive change through responsible program management for our Air Traffic Solutions International Automation and Navigation Portfolio. This role provides the opportunity to understand the view of the international air traffic management programs from concept to completion, ensuring seamless coordination and superior outcomes.

What You Will Do:

You will work onsite in Marlborough, MASupport the existing international program managers on the execution of existing international contractsSupport the proposal activity for ECP's and new international programs. Coordinate and support customer meetings, to include generation of minutes, action items and other customer documentationAssist Program Managers with weekly Program Performance Reviews (PPR)Coordinate across departments in support of program objectives which may include working with Supply Chain and Operations to resolve issues impacting contractual deliveriesCoordinate with Global Trade to ensure existing and new international programs stay in complianceCourier material between vendors, customers, and test sitesExecute small projects to assist Program Managers and DirectorSupport offsite activities as needed, to include vendor visits, customer meetings and field tests

Qualifications You Must Have:

Typically requires a University Degree and minimum 2 years of prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field or in absence of a degree, 6 years of relevant experience2+ years of program, proposal or project managementMust be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future. RTX will not offer sponsorship for this position

Qualifications We Prefer:

International program experience or exposureExperience working across multi-functional teams (supply chain, engineering, operations)Detail oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities

The salary range for this role is 66,000 USD - 130,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.
