You'll have an active role in the ongoing monitoring and resolution of changes to the IPG. The IPG is a foundational document used by CIBC Asset Management’s various internal business partners, ranging from Investment Controls, Best Execution teams, Product Management and Portfolio Management. You'll be responsible for negotiating and drafting Investment Management agreements and amendments with assistance and advise from legal. You'll have a practitioner's knowledge of the Canadian regulatory environment, with a goal of using this knowledge in crafting practical fund guidelines in line with given regulatory standards. You have practical knowledge of the Canadian regulatory environment and how it impacts various investment products + **You have demonstrated an ability** to interact with all levels of management, internal and external partners and have excellent interpersonal, presentation, oral and written communication skills. You have the capability to work in a fast paced, results-oriented team, focused on execution for clients.
