WHAT YOU’LL DO
The Senior Analyst, Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) (Temporary Position) is a maternity leave backfill, ensuring the continuity of risk management processes and priority activities. Reporting to the Senior Manager, the Senior Analyst will manage operational and analytical support for risk assessment processes, support the implementation of the Risk Navigator system, and assist in regional accreditation and compliance processes. The Senior Analyst will also collaborate with internal stakeholders across regions to deliver impactful risk solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Managing Risk Processes: Provide operational and analytical support for Bain’s public sector risk assessment processes. Responsibilities include maintaining system records, conducting desk research and tracking mitigations.
Implementation of Risk Navigator: Ensure smooth transition to the new system by partnering with the TSG team to finalize public sector risk functionalities. Conduct user acceptance tests, resolve bugs, and develop business requirements. Support project management activities using SCRUM methodology.
Training System Management: Support the certification process for public sector teams through the implementation of the training module in Risk Navigator. Manage data cleaning, analysis, and reporting to ensure adherence to Bain’s Public Sector Guidelines.
Risk Accreditation: Provide KPI analysis, data processing, and administrative support for regional risk monitoring and compliance under Bain’s accreditation framework.
Stakeholder Management: Organize quarterly workshops and provide training and engagement
ABOUT YOU
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in risk management or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in data management and reporting (e.g. advanced Excel skills).
- Experience in project management methodologies, particularly SCRUM.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with global and regional stakeholders.
- Familiarity with risk management tools and methodologies.
Education or Equivalent Combination of Education, Training, and Experience
- Master’s degree in a relevant field. Advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., FRM, CRM) are a plus.
- Fluent English is required. Additional languages are a plus.
