Imperial Dade is seeking two highly motivated Sr. Analysts, FP&A to join our dynamic team. As a key partner to the VP, FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's strategic initiatives and financial performance. Responsibilities

You will:

Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planningProvide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organizationWork closely with senior leaders and department heads through cross-functional collaboration to optimize financial performance and drive growthDevelop and maintain complex financial models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunitiesIdentify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities Qualifications

You have:

 

A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related fieldAn MBA or relevant certification (CFA/CPA) is preferredMinimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or FP&AStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis toolsExperience with financial reporting software and ERP systemsExcellent interpersonal and communication skills
