\n\n \nHow You’ll Find Success\n\nHave a deep knowledge of the Financial Validation & Crediting process & transactions to support the Crediting team manager in complex & corner case questions & processing. \nSupport the Crediting team lead/manager by answering systems & process questions, unblocking Crediting system issues raised by the Billings Manager where the team needs additional expertise. \nSupport stakeholders by routing them to appropriate support and escalation channels. \nProviding team wide enablement on process best practices when asked by the Crediting team leadership and maintaining & updating the training guides & resources. \nSupport the company through operationalizing any new sales motion or plans that may impact the Crediting team.\n\n\n \nHow You’ll Grow\n\n\nYou will work with our leaders on a daily basis and learn how the business is run.\nPerforming day to day Crediting duties such as:\n\nCase ownership and transaction processing\nSupport Crediting team members in daily tasks and provide coaching\n\n\nSupport transaction level escalations received directly from stakeholders & Crediting Team members\nCoach and train newly Crediting Team members\n\n\n\n \nThings You’ll Do\n\nAct as a operations & subject matter expert over Crediting where you will:\nWork closely with the Crediting team leadership, cross functional teams, and transformation stakeholder to understand, explain,& propose Crediting points/challenges to lead and drive process optimization and system enhancements in the Q2C cycle. This may look like:\nPerform assigned EOM/EOQ tasks such as close reporting.\nSupport audit procedures and SoX compliance for related Crediting items. \nAssist in designing, tracking & reporting on KPIs metrics used by the Crediting Manager and Leadership for broader strategic decisions and support.
