**Duties & Responsibilities:** + Develops, promotes, and drives departmental studies and other related projects. + Ensures relevant deliverables are timely completed in accordance with organizational and other relevant policies. + Creates and monitors project plans and other required documentation such as workflows, protocols, and job aids. Certifies work is compliant with relevant regulations such as HHS reporting requirements. + Executes statistical analyses using a combination of healthcare utilization and study data. + Manages relationships and effectively communicates with internal and external partners to ensure excellent project implementation. + Contributes to the development of grant proposals, briefs, presentations and evaluations to assess project sustainability and return on investment. + Additional duties as assigned.
