Senior Analyst, Compensation Programs

ABOUT THE ROLE

The Senior Analyst, Compensation Programs will play a critical role in managing and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the company's compensation programs. This position is responsible for ensuring that all compensation processes are executed efficiently, accurately, and in compliance with company policies and relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in compensation management, a keen eye for detail, and excellent analytical skills.

YOUR DAILY IMPACT AT PELOTON

Compensation Program Management: Lead the administration of the company’s compensation programs, including salary structures, bonus plans, equity awards, and incentive programs. Market Research: Conduct regular market research and benchmarking studies to ensure the company’s compensation offerings remain competitive and attract top talent. Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze compensation data to provide insights and recommendations to senior leadership. Generate and maintain reports on compensation trends, market competitiveness, and internal equity. Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to improve compensation processes and systems, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. Implement best practices to streamline operations. Compliance & Governance: Ensure all compensation practices are in compliance with legal requirements, industry standards, and company policies. Maintain accurate documentation and records. Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and other departments to align compensation strategies with overall business objectives. Employee Communication: Develop and deliver clear communication materials related to compensation programs, ensuring employees understand the components of their compensation packages.

YOU BRING TO PELOTON

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field; Master’s degree or relevant certification (e.g., CCP) is a plus. 5+ years of experience in compensation management or related roles, with a strong understanding of compensation principles and practices. Proven experience leading compensation operations, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity compensation. Hands-on experience with Payfactors or similar compensation management software is required. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization. Proficiency in HRIS systems, compensation software, and Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations related to compensation.

The base salary range represents the low and high end of the anticipated salary range for this position based at our New York City headquarters. The actual base salary offered for this position will depend on numerous factors including individual performance, business objectives, and if the location for the job changes.
