Job Description

We are looking for a senior Agile Project Manager. Reporting to the Director of Enterprise Program Management, you will manage projects through all phases of our SDLC. You will guide project execution, lead operational teams, develop project plans, lead stand-ups, and manage work with multiple technical teams and other business units.

You have experience leading and driving medium to large enterprise-level technical projects using different project methodologies (Agile and Waterfall). You inspire and motivate teams, you will gather facts before making an informed decision, and you can solve quickly if the circumstance requires all essential skills.

Responsibilities may include:

You will develop and manage project plans and bring them to execution and completion across multiple internal and external teamYou will create ongoing team metrics to ensure projects are on track to determine opportunities and lead actionYou will document and manage cross-team dependencies and risks to keep projects on trackYou can manage programs for a subset of the portfolioYou will create and communicate regular status updates, reporting to all levelsYou can create executive-level presentations and conduct executive review meetingsYou will build operational readiness plans to guarantee execution with a seamless transition from development to operational staffYou will collaborate and build relationships with Technical Product Owners and Business Lead(s) to support their technology roadmapsParticipate and facilitate Agile ceremonies, resolve roadblocks, and drive to ensure the Definition of Done is being followed across multiple Agile teams of different sizesCreate, manage, and maintain ongoing SDLC documentation following PMO team standardsCoordinate, manage, and facilitate demos and production release(s) across multiple teams

QualificationsYou have a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of experience in a project management role leading complex, technical projects or programsYou have at least 5+ years of experience using the Atlassian application suite (Confluence and JIRA).You have 5+ years of Agile development experienceYou have experience leading large-scale technology projects and programs.You have Enterprise-level experience.You are able to present to executive-level leadership.You know Change Management will be required and implement an appropriate strategy.You have experience of IT software development (SDLC) methodologies and processes.Advanced knowledge in project management tools (e.g. Jira Software, Jira Plans, O365 Project, RACI matrix, RAID log) required.You are experienced with Amazon Web Services and cloud implementation desired, not required.Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Program Consultant (SPC), or other Project Management/Agile certification preferred.
