Senior Advisor, Growth and Engagement

As a Senior Advisor for Growth and Engagement, you'll play a pivotal role in managing stakeholder engagement across our organization, ensuring alignment with our growth objectives. You'll develop and implement strategic engagement plans, particularly focusing on public sector opportunities, to maximize our impact and reach. In this dynamic role, you'll also coordinate and lead key growth campaigns, working collaboratively across departments to achieve our ambitious goals. Join our team and be at the forefront of our growth journey, making a tangible difference every day! + Manage pipeline across the Enterprise + Coordinate and manage company growth strategy groups + Manage stakeholder engagement related to growth opportunities within Public Affairs Team + Assist in the preparation of materials for the Growth Committee + Assist the Government Affairs team with materials like background documents, talking points, and research reports related to growth and retention + Coordinate with stakeholder engagement to identify potential partners that align with our business goals. + Translate insights gained from key stakeholders into actionable recommendations for business development strategies. + Work closely with Government Relations on tailoring messages to key stakeholder groups. + Collaborate closely with communications and community and county engagement to develop a strategy for stakeholder engagement that aligns with business development ground game strategy. + Work closely with business leaders and cross-functional strategy teams to develop and execute “ground game” to win new business. **Hiring Requirements** + Bachelor's degree or advanced degree (where required) + 7 years of extensive experience working in business development, government relations, or stakeholder engagement. + Must have strong strategic communications skills. **Hiring Preferences** + Knowledge of stakeholder engagement and business development + Experience working with stakeholder and government entities + Knowledge of the government and private health insurance industry + Exceptional judgment and ability to function and multi-task under pressure + Comfortable working collaboratively across the organization + Ability to solve complex problems + Excellent writing skills + Ability to work independently + Self-starter and evidence of intellectual curiosity + Ability to work with all levels of management **Salary Range** At Blue Cross NC, we take great pride in a fair and equitable compensation package that reflects market-price and our starting salaries are typically planned near the middle of the range listed. Compensation decisions are driven by factors including experience and training, specialized skill sets, licensure and certifications and other business and organizational needs.
