The Senior Advanced Engineer Support Specialist serves in a supporting role or as a leader providing templates (and examples), guidance, and best practices for critical engineering documentation and final release of same. You will coordinates and provides quality initial (draft). You also may be relied upon for coordinating the final documents for all engineering reports and documents. This position supports a career path geared towards a technical expertise in the area of technical data integration and authoring.

You will use your skills to organize and drive program teams to meet challenging customer goals and expectations. You will run internal and customer meetings, drive action items to closure, manage proposal activities, manage customer deliverables, support customer visits and major design reviews. You will be highly organized, have excellent communication skills and the ability to work across functions.

Key Responsibilities:
\n\nGenerates outline templates and boilerplate for various document types to assist authors as required. Drafts original text as appropriate.\nCommunicates requirements to key stakeholders; coordinates data preparation, approval, and submittal.\nTeams with other peers to suggest the need for and affect template changes (as needed). Participates in review and approval of any related standards and command media updates. \nPerforms co-authoring/writing of documents for organization, technical congruency, compliance to customer requirements, and internal and external standards.\nParticipates in efforts with team members and outside vendors to coordinate revisions to existing documents.\nAssists with group Best Practice activities and drives process improvements.\n\n\n
YOU MUST HAVE:
\n\nBachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.\nMinimum 5 years’ experience project management or technical experience.\n4+ years of technical writing experience and enterprise processes experience.\n\n\n
