The Role
This position requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle confidential information with utmost discretion.
Responsibilities include:
+ Prepare confidential and other documentation for distribution, presentation and discussion
+ Reporting, minute taking, coordinating meetings, reports & correspondence, diary management, booking travel
+ Assist with project and proposals administration and management, including invoices, timesheets, filing, QMS
+ Draft and develop blogs, newsletters and communications
+ Preparation for regular team meetings
+ Minute taking
+ Organise travel
+ Travel expense reconciliation
+ Manage workstations and IT allocations for staff
+ Other duties as and when required
Experience and Qualifications required:
To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess:
+ Considerable experience in business administration
+ Demonstrated EA experience, including ability to maintain confidentiality
+ Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office
+ Ability to manage varying stakeholders
+ Highly organised
+ Collaborative working style, yet able to work autonomously
+ High attention to detail and accuracy
+ Ability to efficiently juggle competing priorities
+ Strong verbal and written communication skills
+ Sharepoint skills are highly desirable
Mandatory
+ Australian Citizenship – mandatory; and
+ Ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Baseline clearance
