What you’ll do:

As a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will provide diverse administrative and operational support to departmental leadership ensuring standardization and optimal efficiencies are met.

 

Responsibilities:

Provide high-level administrative assistance for departmental leadership, including coordinating with administrative support.Manage executive calendars with attention to detail and accuracy.Host and facilitate cross-team meetings, company events, and conferences.Perform general administrative tasks such as greeting visitors, screening calls, and making travel arrangements.Prioritize and respond to mail, addressing complex correspondence to leadership.Compose and type correspondence, develop and maintain a filing system, and prepare reports and presentations.Provide statistical and budget reports, and review presentation materials for effective delivery.Develop and improve office policies and manage departmental projects, including research and reporting.

What you’ll need:

Education: High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate’s Degree preferred.  Experience: Minimum 2 years administrative experience.
