Responsibilities
Eastman is looking for an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide analytical and administrative support to the principal Worldwide Engineering & Construction (WWE&C) leaders within the Global Engineering Design and Service team. In this role, you'll also serve as the primary assistant to the entire department.
Primary responsibilities include:
+ Process Director’s Outlook mail, post meetings and alert Director to any urgent notes
+ Maintain calendar by arranging appointments, scheduling meetings and travel and resolving conflicts
+ Organize meetings, teleconferences, group meetings and workshops
+ Assist with travel planning and expense statements
+ Provide routine administrative support
+ Coordinate team member recognition
+ Contribute to team safety and efficiency efforts
+ Perform data mining and analysis
+ Generate, maintain and distribute recurring reports
+ Compile information and design executive-quality PowerPoint outputs
+ Design, organize and maintain SharePoint sites
+ Maintain and report on department key deliverables
+ Maintain quantities of key department supplies
+ Facilitate and report on department project status
+ Maintain Power BI dashboards
+ Coordinate team training to ensure on-time compliance
+ Serve as department training coordinator
+ Coordinate employee moves into and out of department
+ Coordinate department recruiting events, interviews and member onboarding
+ Process SAP transactions
+ Administer a procurement card
+ Perform Department timekeeping
+ Enter check and purchase requisitions
+ Plan and coordinate events (e.g., workshops, celebrations, training sessions, etc.)
Qualifications
+ High school diploma or GED required
+ Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, Accounting or other relevant field preferred
+ 3+ years of administrative support experience required
+ Ability to synthesize data and generate presentation quality outputs required
+ Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, required
+ SAP & Power BI experience a plus
+ Excellent written and verbal communication skills
+ Excellent customer service mindset, be a self-starter and ability to manage multiple priorities in support of meeting critical deadlines
+ Must maintain confidentiality
