The Senior Administrative Assistant provides high-level administrative support to the Sales, Sales Operations, Marketing, and Product Development teams. This role ensures smooth day-to-day operations by managing schedules, coordinating communications, organizing meetings, processing expenses, and assisting with cross- departmental projects to drive organizational success. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Primary responsibilities are to:
Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel for senior leaders across
departments.
Serve as key point of contact for internal and external communications, maintaining
professionalism and confidentiality.
Assist with cross-functional initiatives, ensuring timely follow-ups and tracking progress on
deliverables.
Prepare, proofread, and distribute reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.
Coordinate team meetings, department events, and training sessions, including logistical
arrangements.
Facilitate data entry, track key metrics, and assist with CRM system updates for the Sales and
Sales Operations teams.
Assist teams with expense tracking, PO creation and invoice processing.
Identify opportunities to streamline administrative workflows and improve operational efficiency.
Treat others with respect; work with integrity and ethically; uphold organization values.
Qualifications:
High school education required; college degree preferred.
Minimum of 3+ years of administrative experience supporting multiple leaders
Proven experience as a Senior Administrative Assistant or in a similar role.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Adaptable to changing environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with project
management tools.
Knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
High level of discretion and confidentiality.
Ability to work collaboratively across diverse teams.
Ability to travel for key meetings and work limited overtime, as needed.
Experience in a fast-paced environment supporting multiple departments.
Familiarity with marketing campaigns, sales operations, or product development workflows.
