Senior Accounts Payable Clerk

**Introduction**
Execute invoice and payment related day to day operations in Accounts Payables.
**Your role and responsibilities**
· Assist in invoice scanning, data registration, error resolution, internal controlling tasks and invoice payments
· Provide invoice Tax validation (VAT& Withholding tax code and reclaimability validation): ensuring that items are processed correctly (monitoring country specifics like VAT and WHT)
· Ensure providing quantitative and qualitative work
· Learn, understand and keep the procedures, documentations, instructions and auditing / business controls guidelines
· Keep internal target dates vs. monthly/ quarterly/ yearly measurement
· Develop own skills and knowledge aligned to business strategy
· Sharing knowledge with team members
· Participating / facilitating in diverse Agile ceremonies to discuss status of project activities, actions, tasks, blockers; providing input about completed and closed items
· Using team collaboration tools
· Work in an Agile environment
· Recommending process changes and contribute to the whole lifecycle of the projects
· Driving, owning and supporting process enhancement / modification initiatives
· Maintaining good working relationships with all parties
· Practise the culture of helpfulness
· Provide assistance to management in ad hoc projects
· Assistance in payment runs and cashflow forecast
· Providing support for clients/vendors with invoice status or processing related questions/issues related to invoice resolution
**Required technical and professional expertise**
· Accounts Payable Experienced Level Knowledge
· English and Spanish Professional Language Proficiency
· Experience in one of the following areas handling invoices, managing payments, tax determination, validation, handling invoicing issues
· Confident Microsoft Office skills
· Analytical skills
· Teamwork
· Problem solving and visualisation of problems and solutions
· Project management skills
· Ability to adapt and manage change effectively
· Ability to communicate, organise and work under own initiative
Good time management with ability to prioritise effectively
