Minimum requirements:
BCom: Finance Completed Articles Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in a supervisory role Strong knowledge of accounting principles, practices and standards Proficiency in accounting software and MS Excel Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy Effective communication and interpersonal skills Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines Leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations and compliance requirements Experience with ERP systems and financial reporting tools preferred Strong organizational and time management skills Adaptability and willingness to learn Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Commitment to integrity and ethical conduct Willing to travel to Mozambique on a montly basis Own transport and valid Driver's License Fluent in English and Afrikaans
