Job Requirements

Job Responsibilities:

Perform the month-end close activities, ensuring all costs are properly and timely recorded, posting journal entries, financial reports preparation according to corporate deadlines and standardsProvide day-to-day business decision support to operations on Accounting and Finance topics.Drive working capital improvements in inventory to strengthen cash position for the organizationAssist with the periodic and annual standard cost roll process ensuring that all material costs are updated properly and ensuring that labor and overhead costs are appropriately allocated to productsGuides financial decisions by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing policies and procedures in conjunction with corporate policies and proceduresProtects assets by establishing, maintaining, monitoring and enforcing internal controlsPrepare month financial reporting package and EBITDA walksPresents Financial Reports to Senior Leadership and local management teamPartners with operations to achieve budget objectives through tracking key performance indicators and initiate corrective actionsLeads forecasting and budgeting activities, in partnership with the ETC NA ControllerEnsure compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP), Sarbanes-Oxley, and corporate policies and proceduresPerforms other duties as assigned by the ETC NA Controller and management team

Communicates effectively and has exceptional written and verbal communication skillsExcels at multi-tasking, organization, and time managementDevelop strong working relationships with colleagues across all functionsStrong research, analytical and modeling skills, experience with financial statement analysis, accounting process / procedures and internal controlsStrong Excel skills including data analysis and forward-looking modelingAbility to work independently in a remote environmentWorking knowledge of Financial ERP systems, and Production Operating systemsConsistently operates at the highest level of integrity, never compromising the teams’ ethical standardsTravel: 10%

Education and Experience Requirements:

BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or related major is requiredCPA/CMA and or MBA preferredAt least 7 years in progressive accounting & finance rolesKnowledge of SAP and Syspro ERP SystemsExperience in a manufacturing environment preferred
